I just bought a 1999 E38 740 Il an right now i have AC Schnitzers 17" but i want new rims i wanted to kno if 20" rims would be able to fit without having to custom fit it an if so what type of rims would look good

Hey, check out the numerous BMW photos in the gallery section with some great shots of the 7 series with 20". My personal favorite is the black 745IL with the 20" Asanti wheels. You'll know when you see it.
