Closeout and clearance wheels at Street Dreams can do one thing for you really well: save you a TON of money! We do not sell used wheels, but some of the wheels in our clearance section may be older, or possibly "blems". Factory Blems are basically, factory seconds. Small surface scratches or dings (usually too small to notice from more than a foot away) will keep the wheels from being sold as new. We do not sell blems or factory seconds in our normal sections of the website. This is the only page you will see them. Any wheels that might be blems are clearly marked as such on this page.

All wheels are priced and sold in sets of four only. We do not offer returns or exchanges on our closeout deals... all sales are final.
